Laura Angley, Licensed Clinical Social Worker

I enjoy supporting clients facing grief, adjustment disorder, ADHD, anxiety, trauma, and depression. With a strengths-based, client-centered approach, I strive to partner with my clients, meeting them where they are in their journey. I aim to create a safe, empathetic space for individuals to explore their challenges and find healing.

I bring a variety of therapeutic techniques into my sessions, including art therapy and therapeutic games, which I have found to be particularly effective in helping clients open up and engage in the therapeutic process. I advocate for my clients’ needs, including seeking support from relevant systems to ensure they receive the care they need both in and outside the therapy room. My decision to enter the mental health field was driven by a desire to “give back” and make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Erin Meason Stevens, Licensed Professional Counselor, NCC

As a therapist, my primary goal is to create a non-judgmental space where I can connect genuinely with clients to guide them towards a journey of healing. On this journey, I hope to help clients develop a deep connection with themselves and their capability to live a purposeful, fulfilled, healthy life. I have many years of experience counseling individuals diagnosed with anxiety, depression, ADHD, eating disorders, etc. I utilize a person-centered approach, and when necessary, will pull from various therapeutic modalities. In my work with clients, I often will incorporate meditative and mindfulness techniques to improve sustained focus, manage intrusive thoughts, and to help clients feel empowered. I look forward to helping you thrive!
